3.2 Password Security

3.3 Identity Verification

hm999 may request a national identity card, passport, or other documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

All financial transactions on hm999 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for all methods).
• Deposited funds must come from your own verified payment account.
• Payment methods registered in a third party's name may not be used.
• Deposit processing time depends on the selected payment method.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The specified wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• hm999 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is complete.

hm999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has specific terms that must be read carefully before acceptance.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. A 20x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after wagering requirements are met.
• Requesting a withdrawal before the wagering requirement is fulfilled will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage will result in account suspension.
• hm999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

All games available on the hm999 platform — slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, and others — are operated by verified third-party software providers.

• Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface or information screen.
• If a win occurs under abnormal circumstances due to a technical error, hm999 reserves the right to withhold that payment.
• hm999 is not liable for bets lost due to disconnection or technical issues — however, specific complaints will be considered.
• Using automated software, bots, or any strategic tools to play is strictly prohibited.
• In the sports betting section, bet amounts and odds are fixed before the game begins.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hm999 platform:

• Depositing funds from illegal sources or using the platform for money laundering.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person or using another person's information.
• Exploiting system or game vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

• Colluding with other members to manipulate games.
