hm999 Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Priority
Gaming should always be enjoyable — at hm999 we give you the controls and tools to play in a balanced way and get help when you need it.
What Is Responsible Gaming and Why Does It Matter?
Online gaming is a great source of entertainment — but it stays enjoyable only when you play mindfully and within limits. At hm999 we believe every player's gaming experience should be safe, measured, and fun.
Responsible gaming is not just about setting financial limits — it also means managing your time and emotions, not making gaming your only source of enjoyment in life, and asking for help when you need it. hm999 is committed to standing by you at every step.
Our platform is operated for adults only. You can reach our support team at any time — via 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected].
Age requirement
hm999 is for players aged 21 or older only. Opening an account for minors is strictly prohibited.
If you feel you may have a gaming problem, contact our live chat right now or email [email protected] — we are ready to help in Bengali.
hm999 Safety Tools
Set Deposit Limits
You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it cannot be exceeded. This keeps your budget under control and prevents overspending.
Time-Out & Breaks
Take a temporary break for 24 hours, 7 days, or 1 month. During this time you will not be able to log in to your account or place bets. Short breaks are highly effective for protecting your mental wellbeing.
Self-Exclusion
Activating long-term self-exclusion will permanently close your account for a set period. This decision is not easily reversible, making it a powerful protection measure.
Reality Check Reminders
A pop-up will appear at set intervals to remind you how long you have been playing. This simple tool keeps you aware of time and helps you avoid playing too long.
Set Loss Limits
Your session can be automatically ended once you reach a set loss amount. This tool protects you from falling into financial risk.
Round-the-Clock Support
hm999's 24/7 live chat and email support team is always ready to help in both Bengali and English. Contact us at [email protected] for any concerns or questions.
Warning Signs of Problem Gaming
When gaming becomes a source of anxiety and stress rather than enjoyment, it is important to take notice. If you see the signs below, consider taking a break and seeking help.
Do any of these signs apply to you?
- Continuously increasing bets to try to win back lost money
- Hiding your gaming from family or friends
- Feeling restless or irritable when you cannot play
- Using money meant for bills or daily expenses on gaming
- Wanting to stop playing but being unable to
- Skipping sleep or meals to keep gaming
If even one of the signs above applies to you, speak with the hm999 support team. Asking for help takes courage.
Practical Tips for Balanced Gaming
- Set a budget before you start playing and do not go beyond it — start with ৳300 to get familiar.
- Set a specific time limit and finish playing within that time.
- Do not think of gaming as a way to earn money — it is a form of entertainment.
- Avoid playing when you are drinking or under mental stress.
- Take regular breaks and spend time with family and friends.
- Do not play with borrowed money or your savings.
- Do not try to play again immediately after a loss to recover your money.
- Keep your account details secure and away from children and minors.

Details About Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is a powerful protection measure that you can activate yourself. Once activated, your account will be completely disabled for a set period — during which logging in, depositing, or placing bets will not be possible.
At hm999 you can choose self-exclusion for a minimum of 30 days or for a longer term. Promotional emails will also be stopped during the exclusion period.
Please remember — while self-exclusion is active, you should not try to open a new account. This violates our rules and is also harmful to you.
To activate self-exclusion or to find out more, email [email protected] directly — our team will assist you promptly.
Protection of Minors
hm999 is a platform operated solely for individuals aged 21 or older. We follow a strict age verification process to keep minors away from gaming.
If there are children or teenagers in your home, take the following steps:
- Never share your hm999 account password.
- Install family safety software on your devices.
- Always log out of your account after use.
- Keep your payment card details stored in a secure place.
- If a minor uses your account, notify [email protected] immediately.
Deposits & Withdrawals: Transparent Policy
Financial transparency is an important part of responsible gaming. At hm999 you can easily view your transaction history and set limits at any time.
The minimum deposit is just ৳300 — this helps you start small and understand your own limits. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500, and a standard withdrawal takes only 15 minutes to 2 hours to process.
Transactions can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. A record of every transaction is stored in your account, helping you keep track of your spending.
